SMS and SPENTAX 2FA Terms

Enrollment requires an affirmative choice using an initially unchecked box beside the phone number and SMS disclosure. Registering an account, providing a number or accepting general terms does not constitute SMS consent. We record the date, choice and disclosure version.

You may request a code when registering, verifying access or confirming sensitive actions, such as adding a business profile or sharing receipts, when that feature is available. This authorization covers transactional and security messages. It does not include commercial offers. Marketing messages, if offered, require separate authorization.

SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can choose email verification. Do not share your codes with others.

One code is sent per request. Security-alert frequency varies with your activity and account events. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Spentax does not charge an additional fee to receive these SMS.

Delivery depends on your carrier, coverage and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive, use email verification or request assistance.

Reply STOP to the sender to stop program messages. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out. We will then stop program messages unless you affirmatively enroll again. You can also withdraw permission by emailing [email protected]; we verify that the request relates to your number.

For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Update your account if your number changes. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a paid subscription or delete your account; you can continue using email access.

We use your number, consent and delivery records to send requested messages, protect your account and honor opt-outs. We do not sell or share mobile information, enrollment data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging and security providers process what is needed to perform the service on our behalf.
