Subscription and Refund Policy
This policy applies to plans and add-ons available to purchase. Your offer identifies the price, term and billing party; accepting general terms or creating an account does not authorize a charge.
Your offer and payments
Before purchase, we show the seller billing you, plan and add-ons, term, total in USD, applicable taxes, charge amounts and dates, promotional terms, cancellation and refund rules and, when applicable, the renewal amount and frequency. Your receipt tells you where to manage payment. An additional profile requires an affirmative selection. If we prorate an add-on, we show the amount, period and effect on your next bill before you confirm.
A monthly plan covers a one-month cycle. A prepaid annual plan covers twelve months and is paid in one charge. If we offer an annual plan in installments, it covers twelve months and follows the billing schedule shown in your order. Each installment corresponds to the period shown, and the offer displays the full term price and start and end dates. Paying in installments and authorizing renewal are separate choices.
Consent and confirmation
For direct purchases, we renew automatically only if you make a separate, affirmative choice. We send a confirmation you can keep with your total, scheduled charges and how to cancel. We remind you before a renewal or a promotional conversion where applicable. If you buy through a store or billing partner, its purchase screen identifies how renewal works and where to manage it. Your legal rights still apply.
Price and offer changes
We may change prices, discounts and fees for new orders or a later billing cycle or term. Your agreed base price and installments stay fixed for the current term. Add-ons you choose require confirmation. Taxes required by law are separately disclosed where applicable. Before a material change to an existing subscription takes effect, we will give you written notice of the old and new prices, effective date, first affected charge and how to cancel. We send it within the window required in your jurisdiction. For direct purchases, we ask you to affirmatively accept any price increase before charging it. If you do not accept, your plan expires at the end of the term contracted at the prior price. The store that bills you may administer its own notices and consent under applicable law.
Promotions end on the terms and at the post-promotion price disclosed when you ordered. If we would charge more than you authorized, we will ask for your acceptance before charging you directly.
How to cancel
You can request cancellation of a direct purchase or turn off its renewal using the option available in your account or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Identify the order and requested action; do not send passwords or full card details. For purchases billed by a store or partner, use its subscription management option. Cancel before renewal to stop that renewal. Keep the confirmation showing the effective date and last day of access. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your plan.
Voluntary cancellation
From the first direct charge for your base plan through the end of the seventh calendar day after that charge, you can cancel the plan and request a full refund of your initial order. This guarantee is available once per customer, subject to any more favorable right. The following rules apply in other cases.
For a monthly plan, access continues through the paid cycle. The price of that paid cycle stands if you choose to stop using the service. If you prepaid for a full year, you may keep access until expiry or request immediate termination and a refund for prepaid days remaining after the effective date. We multiply the net amount paid for the affected plan and add-ons by the number of days not provided and divide by the number of days in the paid term, with applicable tax adjustments.
If you pay for an annual term in installments, you can turn off renewal and continue the current payment schedule. If you cancel the current plan, access ends at the end of your last paid period, or on the date you request cancellation if that period has already ended. We cancel installments for periods after the effective date. There is no exit penalty. Amounts lawfully due for service already provided are handled separately. We will confirm the effective date and any balance.
Incorrect charges and service not provided
We correct duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges and charges made after a valid cancellation. If we end prepaid service for a reason not attributable to you, or our breach materially prevents delivery and is not fixed within a reasonable time, we refund the portion paid for service not provided and stop future charges for it. Any more favorable refund or other legal right applies. An affiliate commission adjustment is handled separately and does not reduce your refund.
Request a refund through the billing channel on your receipt. Include the order ID and, if there was a problem, a brief description. Do not send credentials or full card details. We will tell you the outcome and, if approved, initiate the refund to the original payment method within ten business days or sooner if law requires. Your bank or store controls when it posts. If a store or partner billed you, request the refund there. We will direct you to the channel and meet our own obligations.
Past due payments and access to records
If an installment is overdue, we will tell you the amount due and how to pay. Retries require authorization and follow payment method rules. After more than 30 days past due, and while we retain the data, the owner has read-only access. Capture, sharing and paid reports may be restricted. At the end of a plan, the owner has at least 30 days to view and export available records, subject to legal or security limits. Account closure and data deletion are separate requests.
